00:00:00Product · Check it

Check the fix, not the whole video.

When a new version arrives, Lampo lines up every note the agent says it fixed: before and after, side by side, on the note’s own frame. Looks right or still wrong, one key each, and what is still wrong goes back with your words.

00:00:00Fixes to check

Every fix waits for you, in the film’s order.

A note the agent marks fixed is a fix to check: the player’s next step, a button on the board, a row in your Inbox with what the agent says it changed. Looks right settles it where it is; Check opens it before and after.

  • One at a time: check mode walks the fixes in the order of the film, and moves on as soon as one is settled, here or anywhere else.
  • One key each: Y looks right, N still wrong, S skips it for later, Esc is done.
  • Carried notes too: an open note carried to a new version asks to be looked at again, “is it still there?”
  • The stage follows: Check fixes while fixes wait, Changes requested when one goes back; nobody sets it by hand.
00:00:00Comparing

Side by side, a wipe, or the difference.

Compare any two versions, or two videos of the same project: side by side, with a wipe, or one over the other. The difference turns everything that stayed the same black, onion skin fades one over the other, and both play in step.

00:00:00What changed

V2 says what it changed. Lampo shows it.

Lampo compares the new version with the last one frame by frame. What changed is outlined on the frame and marked on the timeline, and Play changes plays only those parts, with 0.6 s around each.

  • Frame by frame: both versions compared in 16 × 16 blocks, so a fixed typo counts and grain doesn’t.
  • A moved cut is one retime, not everything after it changed.
  • The sound: its loudness compared along the same frames.
  • Nothing changed: it says so, and the last version’s approval carries over in one step.
00:00:00Still wrong

Still wrong goes back with your words.

Say what is still wrong, typed or out loud. The note reopens with your reason on it, the agent hears it at once, and its next version comes back to you to check.

  • Your words, or none: the reason is optional; without one the note says it is still wrong in V2.
  • Said out loud: the words land in the field to edit before they go.
  • A client’s note: what you write on it shows on their review link, and the card says so.
  • Round again: the reopened note is the agent’s, and its fix comes back as a fix to check.
00:00:00Before the full version

Check it before it renders.

An agent fixing in After Effects, Premiere or Resolve can show you a still or a short clip of the fix before it renders. Check it on that; the next version is compared with the preview by itself, and a fix that doesn’t match comes back to you.

  • A part, not the whole: let the agent render only the shots a note is about, and check it as any version.
  • A part is never final: its next step is to render it in full.
  • The full version is compared with what you approved in the part: “The full version matches what you approved in V8”.
  • Until it renders, a fix checked on a preview keeps the video with the agent, and nothing is marked final.
