Your data stays yours
Reviews, notes and marked frames are plain files on your disks, readable without Lampo. Nothing leaves them unless you switch it on.
Built for security
No telemetry, and nothing calls us. Two models download once, the speech model and footage search’s (213 MB, off with LAMPO_FOOTAGE=off); everything else that goes out is something you switch on: push, webhooks, your storage. Accounts, roles and API tokens; a review link opens only its own videos.

Questions
Why are agents and clients free?
They are how the work gets done: agents fix, clients review through links. Team and Business are priced per member, the people in your workspace who run the work, and Solo is one price for its one member. Clients review without an account, and agents connect with a token, by signing in, or right on your machine: none of them is counted.
Is the free self-hosted app the whole product?
Yes, for review. Community is the open-source app under the AGPL-3.0: notes on exact frames, versions, agents, review links, roles, Insights and webhooks, with no limits on members, agents, people you share with or videos. Team and Business will add organisation features on top with a licence key, as the plans above show. What we publish under the AGPL-3.0 stays under it, and its source is on GitHub.
Cloud or self-hosted?
The same app either way. On Lampo Cloud we run it and keep it up to date, and your posts go out through our approved apps for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook (TikTok, LinkedIn and X Coming soon): no keys of your own, and a scheduled post goes out on time even while your computer sleeps. Self-hosted, it runs where your files are, everything stays with you, and you publish with your own keys.
How does the trial work?
Every new account gets a workspace of its own on Team for 14 days, with no card. Pay for Solo or Team during the trial and the days left still count: the first bill comes when the trial would have ended. If you don’t pick a plan, the workspace moves to Free; one that holds more than Free allows keeps Team’s limits for 7 more days, then becomes read-only until it fits. Nothing is deleted.
Can I have more than one workspace?
Yes. On Lampo Cloud each workspace has its own members, plan and bill, and you switch between them in your account menu. On your own server, workspaces are part of the free app.
What happens at a plan’s limit?
The workspace keeps everything and becomes read-only until it fits its plan again. Renders are never deleted because of a plan.
